Khisamitdinova Firdaus Gilmitdinovna

 

F.G. Khisamitdinova was born on January 1, 1950, in the village of Rakhmetovo, Abzelilovsky district of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (BASSR). In 1970, having successfully graduated from the Beloretsk Pedagogical College, she entered the philological faculty of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University. After graduating from the university, F.G. Khisamitdinova worked as a teacher of the Russian language and literature in the Beloretsk and Aurgazinsky districts of the Republic. In 1976 she entered the graduate school of the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. From 1978 to 1985 F.G. Khisamitdinova worked as a junior and senior researcher in the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Bashkir branch of the Academy of Science.

From 1985 to 1995 Firdaus Gilmitdinovna Khisamitdinova worked as a senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department, professor and dean at the Bashkir State Pedagogical University.

From 1995 to 1998 F.G. Khisamitdinova worked as the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 1998 professor F. G. Khisamitdinova returned to the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Ufa Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences (USC RAS). Working as a vice director, she took an active part in the research, organizational and pedagogical work of the Institute.

From 1994 to 1999 F. G. Khisamitdinova was a deputy of the first convocation of the State Assembly, the Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and took part in the drafting and adoption of laws of the Republic of Bashkortostan on education, culture, mass media, youth and family policy.

Since 2005 she has been the director of the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Ufa Federal Research Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IHLL UFRC RAS).

Since 2017 she has been the scientific supervisor of the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Ufa Federal Research Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IHLL UFRC RAS).
